1. Accounts Created with Phone Numbers (No KYC Verification Done)

 

If you created your account using just your phone number and haven’t completed KYC verification:

    •    Ensure that the phone number used to create the account is accessible.

    •    Send a request to delete your account via email to support@ahija.com.

    •    Ahija will send an SMS to the registered phone number for verification. Respond to this SMS promptly to complete the process.

 

2. KYC Verified Accounts with No Bookings

 

If your account is KYC verified but you haven’t made any bookings:

    •    Send a delete request via email to support@ahija.com.

    •    Include the phone number linked to your account and a scanned copy of your valid ID proof to authenticate the request.

    •    Ahija will review your request and verify the provided details before processing the deletion.

 

3. KYC Verified Accounts with Completed Bookings

 

For KYC-verified accounts with a booking history:

    •    Your account cannot be deleted immediately for security reasons. Ahija retains account data for one year from the date of your last booking.

    •    After one year has passed, you can send a delete request as outlined above for KYC-verified accounts.
